Job Description

We’re continuing to grow our Strategy practice at Publicis Sapient across Sydney and Melbourne and are looking for Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers to join our team. We work with some of Australia’s largest organisations, partnering closely with senior leaders to tackle complex customer, digital, and enterprise transformation challenges, including the impact of digital, data, and AI‑enabled operating model change.

Our work spans end‑to‑end strategy—bringing structure to ambiguity and translating strategic intent into practical, high‑impact outcomes. You’ll operate in fast‑moving environments, often engaging at C‑suite level, and contribute to work across customer and digital strategy, growth and transformation, operating model design, cost optimisation, market and scenario analysis, business case development, and roadmap design.

Qualifications

You are a strategy or management consultant from a boutique through to large consulting firm, with experience across customer strategy, experience‑led transformation, and management consulting, and a clear point of view on the role of digital and AI in driving strategic change.

Associate – Strategy

At the Associate level, we are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in strategy, transformation, or consulting, who bring structured thinking, analytical rigour, and curiosity. Associates support problem‑solving across client engagements, contribute to research and analysis, and help develop high‑quality client deliverables while building exposure to senior stakeholders and complex transformation challenges.

Senior Associate – Strategy

Senior Associates are experienced consultants who can take ownership of workstreams and client deliverables, operate confidently with senior stakeholders, and bring clear thinking to ambiguous problems. At this level, we value prior experience in strategy or management consulting, exposure to financial services or regulated environments, and a developing point of view on digital and AI as drivers of customer experience and operational efficiency.

Manager – Strategy

Managers play a leadership role across engagements, responsible for shaping client problems, leading teams, managing delivery, and supporting the commercial side of our work. We are looking for Managers with proven experience leading advisory or strategy projects end‑to‑end, engaging credibly with executive and C‑suite stakeholders, and contributing to business development, proposal shaping, and client growth. Experience working with complex Australian financial institutions is strongly valued.
