Job Description
As a Senior Strategy consultant in our Strategy team, you will shape meaningful strategic outcomes for clients by tackling their most complex customer, digital, and business transformation challenges. You will work directly with senior executives to translate ambiguity into structured strategic insight, drive analytical clarity, and deliver recommendations that influence critical decisions and set the direction for large‑scale change.
You come from a leading strategy or management consulting firm and bring strong experience across customer strategy, experience design, digital strategy, and enterprise transformation. You have a sharp commercial mindset, a strong grasp of how digital and AI are reshaping operating models, and the ability to connect strategic intent with practical pathways to execution.
Here at Publicis Sapient, you will work across a broad portfolio of high‑impact engagements, from customer and digital strategy to transformation design, cost productivity, operating model re‑design, market analysis, scenario modelling, and business case development. You will be exposed to intellectually demanding work across industries, supported by a collaborative team, and positioned to play a central role in helping clients navigate complexity, accelerate performance, and realise long‑term strategic value.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience working with a leading strategy or management consulting practice with exposure to strategy and transformation across digital strategy, customer strategy and experience, and/or broader management consulting.
- Experience supporting client engagement, including planning and facilitating interviews, meetings, and working sessions to progress project outcomes.
- Strong point of view on digital and AI, including how emerging technologies reshape customer expectations, drive operational efficiencies, and impact client operating models.
- Strong ownership of deliverables, with the ability to design high‑quality outputs, delegate effectively, and oversee the quality of work produced by junior team members when required
- Proven ability to lead workstreams to tight timeframes and within scope, while effectively managing expectations of senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, with demonstrated experience supporting proposal development and contributing to the identification and shaping of new business opportunities.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex issues into components for structured analysis and root‑cause diagnosis.
- Highly resilient, composed, and adaptable, with excellent communication and analytical skills—able to stay calm under pressure, think on their feet, and deliver outstanding written, verbal, numerical, and presentation outputs.
- A collaborative and authentic team contributor who brings positive energy and humour, lifts the performance of others, and knows when to engage actively and when to observe thoughtfully.
- Australian citizen with existing Baseline Clearance, or the eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
