Job Description

As a Senior UX Designer at our company, you will play a key role in shaping exceptional digital experiences, driving user-centered design strategies, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for leading UX initiatives, crafting intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, and ensuring seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
  • Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams.
  • Familiarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Basic level of Italian (good conversational skills) is mandatory for this position.
