Job Description

Publicis Sapient Australia is expanding our Program Management and Agile Delivery practice to support enterprise-level transformation programs across multiple industries for our clients. This is an opportunity for experienced leaders, especially those with Agile delivery expertise, to shape governance, uplift delivery maturity, and drive strategic outcomes. If you have a background in technology consulting, Agile transformation, or enterprise program delivery, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Proven demonstrated experience in Program management leadership roles (Manager, Senior Manager, Director) within consulting environment,
Strong expertise in governance, portfolio management, and program delivery.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to lead in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
Experience in financial services, technology, retail or large-scale transformation projects (preferred).
