Senior Manager Financial Services

Our Financial Services team supports banks, regulators and central banks in the introduction of the digital euro, creating the backbone of a new, digital Europe.

The digital euro will redefine European payments. As a consultant at Publicis Sapient, you help banks, central banks and institutions prepare for this new financial era. You work in agile, interdisciplinary teams at the intersection of technology, regulation and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support for strategy and business case development around the digital euro
  Analysis of economic, technological and regulatory frameworks (ECB, CBDC, KYC, wallets)
  Development of use cases, prototypes and business impact assessments
  Support in the concept development of payment architectures and blockchain applications
  Close exchange with experts from data, tech, policy and design
  Expertise in the financial services industry with a focus on credit (both in the business and retail segments), sound knowledge of financial products and processes, as well as familiarity with organizational models and structures
  Design of proposals and negotiation of client agreements
  Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual booking targets

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, financial services or digital payments with proven success as an account manager or consultant
• Interest in blockchain, FinTech and digital currencies
• Analytical strength, communication skills and digital thinking
• Ability to build and maintain relationships of trust with C/C-1 level contacts and internal stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and striving for continuous development and excellence
• Studies in economics, computer science, politics or related field
• Very good knowledge of German and English
