Manager Financial Services

In the Financial Services practice at Publicis Sapient, you support clients in identifying new opportunities and developing innovative solutions that advance their transformation toward a digital future. You work with topics such as AI/ML, cloud transformation, coreless banking, and digital assets, contributing your expertise to shape impactful client outcomes in the banking and insurance sectors, as well as in FinTech and InsurTech.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in identifying new opportunities within the banking and insurance sectors, as well as in FinTech and InsurTech.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that support clients in their transformation toward a digital future.
• Apply expertise in areas such as AI/ML, cloud transformation, coreless banking, and digital assets to shape client outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver forward-looking, value-driven solutions.
• Support clients in navigating change and advancing their digital capabilities through structured consulting and solution design.

• Relevant professional experience in product management and/or management consulting.

• Experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on lending across both corporate and retail segments, supported by a strong understanding of financial products, processes, and organizational structures.

• Experience in business and digital transformation initiatives, including familiarity with project lifecycle frameworks and product implementation approaches.

• Knowledge of platform implementation, intelligent automation (e.g., RPA/AI), and analytics solutions.

• Experience working in a management consulting environment.

• Experience in developing and presenting client proposals, including responding to requests for proposal (RfP).
