As a Senior Quality Engineer L1, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive automation best practices, enhance testing efficiency, and accelerate the delivery of high-quality software.

Your Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to support continuous testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure testability of features and applications.
• Implement best practices for test automation, including data-driven and behavior-driven testing.
• Identify and prioritize test cases for automation to maximize coverage and efficiency.
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines for seamless testing and deployment.
• Analyze test results and provide insights to improve application performance and quality.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in automation testing.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in automation testing techniques and tools.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in automation testing and quality engineering.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing, with expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Certifications in automation testing (ISTQB, Selenium, or similar).
