Business Analyst (Consulting / Digital Transformation)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements analysis, business case development and vendor/system evaluation. The BA will play a key role in understanding client needs, documenting processes, identifying gaps and supporting solution assessments. While the initial focus will be in the HCM/HRMS domain, the role is intentionally designed to pivot across industries and solution areas (finance, banking, compliance, digital platforms, etc.).

• 5+ years of BA experience in consulting, IT services or system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with both business and technical discussions.
• Experience in documenting requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Exposure to multiple domains (e.g., HR, finance, banking, ERP, CRM, compliance).
• Excellent skills in tools such as Confluence, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Agile, SAFe or IIBA certification is an advantage.
