As a Designer L2, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling and user-centric designs that enhance digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

Your Impact

• Create high-quality visual designs for digital products, websites, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure design consistency and user experience excellence.
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
• Ensure brand guidelines and design systems are followed to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design capabilities.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in visual design, digital design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
