As a Manager Technology (Java Core), you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality Java-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient Java applications. Your expertise in Java Core, along with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.

Your Impact

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Ensure best practices in Java development, including code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging Java technologies and industry trends, and drive their adoption within the team.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Java Core.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering Java-based projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
• Experience with cloud-based Java applications and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Set Yourself Apart With

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Git.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular.
• Certifications in Java or related technologies.
