Senior Scrum Master

Tremend is looking for an Senior Scrum Master to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

This is how your day-to-day will go:

• Creation and On-boarding of a project team within the projects
• Coordination of Sprint Scope and delivery
• Identify dependencies, risks, issues
• Coaching the team into understanding and adopting Agile
• Protecting the team from external blockers
• Identifying and removing blockages
• Understanding the team’s role in the bigger project
• Identify, report and mitigate risks that might affect team roadmap and delivery or that can endanger overall project delivery (as much as visibility is provided)
• Adopting the company’s processes within the team
• Ensure the goal is delivered to high-quality standards according to PO expectations
• Continuous improvement of the delivery process
• Optimization of delivery and velocity
• Coordinating SCRUM / SAFe ceremonies
• Agile advocate
• Continuous delivery with Inspect and Adapt mindset
• Sprint reports
• In charge of implementing the Agile process in Jira, maintaining board clean, backlog refined and estimated and coach the team into using it and take ownership
• Coach team to become mature, self-organized and committed
• Collaborate with PM and/or other teams

Do you know how to play with these things?

• 6+ years experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager (involved in the delivery process)
• Good knowledge of SAFe, SCRUM and KANBAN Agile frameworks
• Good understanding of SCRUM roles
• SAFe and SM certifications are a plus
• Good understanding of SDLC and all processes involved in Software Delivery
