As a Manager Technology with expertise in Golang, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business impact and enhance digital experiences.

Your Impact

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Golang-based applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Implement security best practices to protect applications from potential vulnerabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing automation and efficiency enhancements.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Golang.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native development.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in database technologies like SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
