Sr Manager Pod Lead

The Energy & Commodities trading industry is undergoing significant disruption, as our clients are increasingly investing in modernization of their trading ecosystem to support business growth.

To provide our clients with innovative technology solutions, we are seeking experienced Senior Manager pod lead who possess good understanding of the energy/commodity trading business and Endur expertise.

In addition to offering technical leadership to distributed, multidisciplinary teams, we are looking for individuals who can collaborate with our clients IT and Business teams, to achieve the desired outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience:

Must have:

• 10+ years in support and/or delivery roles in Endur.
• Strong functional knowledge of Endur in at least one key business area.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of ITIL and Agile delivery practices.

Good to have:

• Experience operating pods or squads in a scaled Agile environment.
• Exposure to regional trading practices in the GCC.
• Formal people management experience.
