Head of Customer Engagement

In this high-impact role the Head of Customer Engagement will enhance customer acquisition, deepen and retain customer relationships and build new revenue streams leveraging cutting edge data, analytics and technology capabilities.

Suitable candidates will have excellent experience across the following areas:

• Customer loyalty: Proven experience in creating the strategy and enabling capabilities to drive emotional-driven customer loyalty, to grow Customer Lifetime Value, and increase customer retention. 
• Personalisation: Defining the strategy, executing use cases and building and scaling capabilities to create richer personalised connections with customers and communicating with them across channels seamlessly.
• Martech Transformation: Helping clients to define their martech strategy aligned across organisational functions, and implement a martech stack to enable continuous, “Always On” engagement across channels.
• Digital identity: Helping enterprises build a strategy and design a technology roadmap to thrive, grow and continue to digitally engage with customers in an environment that is increasingly privacy-oriented.
• Customer data platforms: Helping enterprises create a strong foundation to capture, manage and monetize first-party data by designing and implementing (or migrating to) a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
• Data Monetization: End-to-end services that help enterprises maximize monetization from first-party data by leveraging Retail Media Networks, and other digital and physical properties.
