Job Description

As an Associate Director of Product Management, you will lead product strategy, drive digital transformation, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and mentoring teams to drive innovation and customer-centric product development. 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. 

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. 

  • Experience in working with retail or consumer products clients.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex challenges into strategic product opportunities. 

  • Hands-on experience with roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and user story creation. 

  • Experience in working with engineering teams and familiarity with modern technology stacks. 

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present product strategies to executives. 

  • Understanding of customer research, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, AI/ML integration, or emerging technology trends.
