
Job Description
- Handle and process a large volume of transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Negotiate with vendors, clients, and other parties as needed.
- Ensure operational processes are followed and optimized for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar operational role, preferably in BPO or backend processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
