Job Description
- Understand and translate business needs into analytics projects (Operational & Advanced Reporting, and Strategic & Predictive Analytics)
- Understand existing datasets (structured/unstructured) and transform/reshape/join multiple datasets for integrated reporting
- Contribute ideas, designs and algorithms that will influence people outcomes - test them through statistical hypotheses
- Produce results from analyses that will be used to drive HR investments, talent management decisions, and changes to the fundamental delivery of HR services
- Communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical audience in both written and verbal mediums; Provide coaching and training on use and interpretation of data
- Influence Human Resources and senior business leaders through strong communication skills and deep subject matter expertise to turn insights into action and impact
- Design and execute hypotheses, surveys, analyses, and the reports (both ad hoc and standard) that we deliver – independently and collaboratively
- Develop understanding of Publicis Sapient data environment and build relationships with key local and global stakeholders (partners, customers, and broader analytics community)
- Utilize available technologies, programming languages and analytical tools to deliver assigned projects
- Able to visualize data and draw meaningful analyses and stories on emerging trends and process improvements
- Create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key people data sets, reports and metrics
- Collaborate with Data Integrity team and ensure Data Governance. Extend technical/automation support to the DI team in data cleansing, validation, and transformation
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices
Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of People functions along with the coordination and communication between support and business functions
Qualifications
- Knowledge of human capital metrics and predictive analysis with understanding of current and future trends in metrics and assessment
- Knowledge of best practice in HR data governance
- Recognize relevant data and determine supporting data required to further explore a question or situation
- Experience in implementing a new solution/system
- Experience in Quality Program like Six Sigma (Green Belt)
